As a founder of the Bristol Energy Network and CPS, he has spearheaded numerous projects that foster community engagement and renewable energy development. His work on the largest community-owned onshore wind turbine in England has earned international recognition.

Faustina has over 15 years experience as an Environmental Health Officer for overseas municipalities and UK Local Authorities and is a community liaison expert. She has brought WASH programs (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene), potable water boreholes and latrines to thousands of people. As a director of CPS Faustina has been closely involved with both onshore wind development and related community engagement.

His leadership in finance, combined with his dedication to community resilience, drives the company’s financial strategy and long-term growth.

Rowan is a specialist in GIS and renewable energy, with extensive expertise in the technical and spatial planning aspects of CPS’s wind energy projects. His academic background in environmental management and renewable energy, combined with his passion for sustainability, makes him a vital part of the CPS team.

Iain is a highly accomplished project developer with over 20 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, specialising in onshore wind. He has successfully developed more than 40 wind power projects from initial site assessment to turbine commissioning. Iain has a robust understanding of energy generation, transmission, and storage, and has also developed over 30 commercial and industrial-scale solar projects.
